Water Supply Project in Barmer District on Single Responsibility Turn Key Lump Sum Based Contract, which includes
providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Transmission and
Cluster Distribution mains, RCC ground level/ elevated reservoirs, pumping
arrangements, Monitoring and Control of flow with Meters, FCVs, PLC &
SCADA, and allied activities on the risk & cost.

POPULATION COVERAGE AND DAILY DEMAND OF WATER
Total 171 villages of Barmer district to be benefited from this project. With the population projection factors @ 1.313, 1.977 and 2.975 over the census data of 2001, the population has been assessed for the ear 2011, 2026 and 2041 respectively. The daily water demand is assessed taking per capita water requirement @55 per day and 15% factor added towards un-accounted for water.
